Our Machines in Action at Artisan 2025!

This year, Kalmeijer showcased a fully operational bakery at the Artisan trade fair in Kortrijk.

Enthusiastic bakers from across Belgium visited our stand to discover how our bakery machines can optimize production processes. Our experts – all experienced bakers themselves – were on hand to offer advice on a wide range of bakery-related questions.

Live Demonstrations

During the fair, our test bakers demonstrated, among other things:

• The fully automatic Large Bread Line for long and round loaves
• The Small Bread Line, ideal for pistolets, sandwiches, and more
• The latest Dough Divider KDS, used to produce sliced small breads
• The Cookie Moulding Machine KGM, featuring caramel sea salt cookies and festive Christmas cookies
• Our Bread Slicer KBE, available in four versions: 9 mm, 11 mm, 12.5 mm, and 14 mm
