This year, Kalmeijer will once again be present at the Artisan trade fair in Kortrijk with a fully operational bakery.

Live Demonstrations
During the trade fair, our test bakers will demonstrate, among other things:
- The fully automatic Large Bread Line for long and round loaves
- The Small Bread Line for products such as baguettes and sandwiches
- The latest Dough Cutting Machine KDS, used to produce sliced small breads
Cookie Moulding Machine in Action
Our Biscuit Machine KGM is demonstrated daily. In the mornings, we bake delicious caramel sea salt cookies and Christmas cookies. Discover the versatility of our special rollers!
Slicing Bread the Right Way
Freshly baked bread is sliced on-site using our bread slicing machines. The Bread Slicing Machine KBE comes in four versions: 9mm, 11mm, 12.5mm, and 14mm. We will be demonstrating the KBE with slicing thicknesses of 9mm and 11mm. Come and experience how smoothly our machine slices warm bread!
