Our small bread machine, the KKM dough rounder, features a dough-repellent hopper. With an easily adjustable weight range of 25 to 120 grams and a unique hopper shape, the dough is accurately weighed without pressing. The hopper is easy to refill, and the machine stops automatically when the lid is opened. During production, the machine automatically restarts after refilling the hopper. Suitable for processing both proofed and unproofed doughs, as well as filled doughs, with minimal flour usage for clean machines and high-quality buns. Maintenance is simple and tool-free thanks to the thoughtful design. With a capacity of up to 3,800 pieces per hour, this compact machine mimics manual actions for perfect small bread. Complies with all CE and HACCP standards.


Our rolls machine replicates the artisanal method of making rolls. The rounded dough pieces are given a proofing time of at least 6 to 9 minutes, or longer if desired. The dough balls are rolled out, given a brief initial press, and then shaped into the desired form. With a single button for rolling out and degassing, you can easily adjust the structure of the dough piece. The machine features two adjustment knobs and three different shaping plates (flat, with a slight bend, and with a sharp bend) to determine the shape of the dough piece. With a weight range of 25 to 120 grams and minimal maintenance, this compact machine on wheels offers flexibility and top quality. It complies with all CE and HACCP standards.
