
Our conical rounder features a short rounding path where dough pieces are perfectly shaped. The rounded dough can be placed directly onto the loading belt without any further processing. The fineness of the bread structure can be determined by the amount of degassing. This results in the highest quality of automatically rounded bread. This compact, wheeled machine offers flexibility and top quality for any bakery.



Thanks to its short rounding path, each piece of dough quickly develops uniform surface tension with controlled degassing. The result: round dough balls with consistent volume, a fine crumb, and a smooth surface—ready to go directly onto the oven loader belt, with no further handling required. The KCO operates cleanly and stably. With its adjustable rounding speed, the machine can be effortlessly adapted to different hydrations and dough types—from white and wholemeal to sourdough and multigrain. The trusted recipe remains unchanged; the rounder ensures reproducible tension and shape. For a smooth workflow, the KCO is equipped with an ergonomic collection table. Positioned at a comfortable working height, it guides the dough balls further down the line while reducing unnecessary reaching and twisting. This makes the process lighter and faster, while also preventing deformation during transfer.
