Proofing & Rolls Machine KRP

Our proofing and rolls machine replicates the artisanal method of making rolls. The rounded dough pieces are given a proofing time of 6 to 9 minutes, or longer if desired. The dough balls are rolled out, given a brief initial press, and then shaped into the desired form. With a single button for rolling out and degassing, the structure of the dough piece can be adjusted. With two adjustment knobs and three different shaping plates, the shape of the dough piece is determined. With a weight range of 25 to 120 grams and minimal maintenance, this compact machine on wheels offers flexibility and top quality.
