Baking Trays

For optimal performance of our cookie shaping machine, high-quality baking trays are essential. Kalmeijer baking trays are made from blue steel and available in lengths of 59, 80, or 100 cm, with a standard width of 25 cm. For rotary ovens with racks suitable for baking trays of 60 x 80 cm, we recommend trays of 59 cm. By placing three trays crosswise in the rack, the oven is utilized optimally.
