‘Relais Desserts’ in Paris embracing the KGM

Kalmeijer Makes an Impression at Relais Desserts with the KGM

During the annual conference of the prestigious pastry association Relais Desserts, Kalmeijer captured the attention of the international patisserie world with the introduction of the Biscuit Machine KGM. The event, held on September 17 and 18, 2024, at the luxurious Hôtel Paxton near Paris, brought together top pastry chefs and chocolatiers from 19 countries.

In collaboration with our French distributor Avamo Sarl, Kalmeijer hosted two dynamic workshops that drew interest from the elite of the patisserie industry. The KGM 250 Cookie Machine stole the show with live demonstrations highlighting its versatility and efficiency, led by bakery specialist Erwin Tweebeeke. These interactive sessions provided new insights and creative applications, resulting in no fewer than seven new KGM orders.
